Will the information I discuss with Capital City Investigations remain confidential?
Absolutely. All information provided by you during the initial consultation process and throughout the investigation will remain in the strictest confidence. No information will be released without your authorization.
How do I get an investigation started?
The first step is the initial consultation. Your investigator will ask a series of questions in order to get an idea of what you hope to accomplish. Once the basic facts are obtained, the investigator will make suggestions and formulate an investigative plan. As the investigation progresses, communication between you and the investigator will assure that the correct information is being obtained and the goals of the investigation are being accomplished.
Do I have to pay additional for photographs, video, or report preparation?
No. As part of you investigation, these services are provided at no additional cost.
How much is a consultation?
The initial consultation is free. This is where we ask the questions to assess the complexity of your case and determine the resources needed to bring the case to a successful conclusion.
What experience do your investigators have?
All CCI investigators have extensive law enforcement backgrounds and have spent thousands of hours conducting surveillances and investigating a full range of crimes from phone threats to homicides.
Aren't all private investigators required to have extensive experience?
No. Under Florida law, an individual can obtain a private investigator's license by obtaining just two years of related experience.
How long will my investigation take?
This really does depend on the complexity of the investigation and the services required. We always give an estimate of the resources needed during our initial consultation.
How soon can you start investigating my case?
All cases start with a good thorough initial interview of the client. As soon as we are contacted by you, and the necessary information is obtained, we can start investigating your case. As soon as the case is completed, the reports are promptly prepared and delivered to you.
